Viejas Casino & Willows Hotel

Nice hotel and resort but extremely pricey for such a late check in time of 4pm and early check out time of 11am the pool closes by 7pm in the middle of summer not to happy about that. Unless you hit the slots and win to pay off your weekend get a way of $900+ for two nights its jus a great place to visit and book a room elsewhere near by there are options outside viejas. It was fun but I cant afford to do that again in my lifetime .

On August 20-22, 2025, I stayed and lost my Samsung smart watch. I had to call two times and no one ever called me back. I then e-mailed them and also got No reply. Worse hotel experience. I could’ve at least gotten a courtesy call back that it wasn’t found, but for NO ONE to reach out it’s extremely sketchy. It’s obvious they don’t care about their customers but at least have a disclaimer that you don’t.

We stayed 2 nights in a beautiful Willows room and it was very clean and extremely comfortable. All throughout the resort we experienced excellent customer service from all staff members. They were friendly, helpful and very welcoming, which made our stay an excellent experience.

Viejas is a great place to visit due to the customer service that their guests receive. The staff is professional, helpful, friendly, and makes all of their guests feel like VIPs. In addition, the facilities are top notch with comfortable rooms and plenty of places to eat.

We accepted an offer to stay at the hotel, we recently joined the players club, and were surprised to have so many offers, free play and comps. Joining the club was easy and since I am a veteran was given the Heroes card. We were able to stay in their newer hotel and were very surprised at how nice the hotel, and ****** were.

This was not our first visit, but a total let-down on several levels; 2 pot lights hanging down from the bathroom ceiling, and it took 2 trips by maintenance to correct. The room was nice and clean upon check-in, but there was not light service for the first 3 days! Meaning fresh towels and someone to simply make the bed. My wife DID NOT come on holidays to make her own bed and to conserve on bath towels or soap. In discussion they agreed in principle that if 5 couples checked in to the same room day after day, each would get full service prior to check in, so why do we get short-served at a supper high nightly stay price? Also, when the Valet said that we could not bring Alcohol into the ******, and we said this $150 dollar wine is going to our room, we were told could not take it in. Apparently there is fine print at the check-in counter. I called them out, stating just because we took it to our room does not mean we are going to open it. They searched our bag. I raised a stink. And walked away. Never going back.
